Thank you for choosing the Indiana Eye Clinic. For over 30 years, IEC has provided comprehensive ophthalmic services including cataract, laser and refractive surgery, in addition to Yag, SLT, lid and minor eye surgeries. We are proud to offer the latest technology for testing and treatment of health-related vision problems.
Special Testing
If referring patients to IEC for special testing, depending on your preference we will send results with or without interpretation or evaluation (please indicate on referral form), and will provide follow-up reports for documentation in your patient charts.
Referral Forms
To refer a patient for a consultation, special testing or surgery, please complete the Doctor Referral Form and submit it to us. For further information or for immediate assistance, please call our office during clinic hours.
Continuing Education
IEC is offering an approved 3 credit hour continuing education class to ODs in 2011. Please review the CE Brochure PDF for information, dates, locations and registration. Please contact us if you have any questions.
