The Indiana Eye Clinic is here for all your eye care needs — from conducting exams and treating vision issues to helping you navigate through insurance and financing options. We’ll work closely with you to create a custom treatment plan that comfortably fits your budget.
Insurance
We accept the most common insurance plans including Medicare and Medicaid. Once your claim is processed, we will send you a statement. If you have any questions about how the claim was paid, contact your insurance company. If you have any questions at any time involving your statement, give us a call at (317) 881-3937.
Since most insurance companies consider laser vision correction an elective procedure, it is usually not covered. But be sure to check your plan’s coverage. Some plans offer members a discount.
No-Show Policy
Your time is valuable and so is ours. Please note that a $25 fee may be assessed for missing a scheduled appointment without contacting us to cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Please let us know as soon as possible if you are unable to honor the time reserved for you with your eye doctor.
