Ambulatory Surgery Center

Comfortable. Safe. Convenient. The Indiana Eye Clinic’s Ambulatory Surgery Center offers laser vision correction, cataract removal and many other state-of-the-art procedures.

Opened in 1986, it was one of the first ophthalmic surgery centers of its kind in the state. It is a Medicare Certified facility, licensed by the Indiana State Department of Health and recognized by the AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc.) for its commitment to excellence and high-quality care.

Because we perform surgery in our outpatient surgery center, the facility expense is much less than if the same procedure was done in a traditional hospital outpatient department.

The Ambulatory Center at the Indiana Eye Clinic is a high-tech ophthalmic surgery center located within our Greenwood Clinic at 30 N. Emerson Avenue, easily accessible from I-65 and U.S. 31. For your convenience, it includes a comfortable waiting area with a garden center.
