Computer Glasses

Essilor Computer™ lenses are designed for people over 40 who experience presbyopia, a condition in which near vision (for reading, sewing or working at the computer, etc.) becomes blurred with age.

This innovation works similar to a typical progressive lens. It is viewed more like a work station or task-oriented lens and shouldn’t be worn all the time. There is a small area at the top of the lens for distance, where you can see about 10 feet out. The intermediate area is much larger, where you can view the entire screen. The reading portion is at the bottom, where you experience a wider, more comfortable view. This lens is not just for computer use; people who like to sew, knit, or needlepoint, etc. will also benefit.
