Ambulatory Surgery Center

Indiana Eye Clinic’s Ambulatory Surgery Center offers cutting-edge technology in a comfortable, safe and convenient environment. The broad range of ophthalmic and plastic surgery procedures practiced there include laser vision correction, laser assisted cataract removal, micro-incisional glaucoma procedures and a variety of other state-of-the-art procedures that take advantage of our Excimer, YAG, Argon, Femtosecond and CO2 lasers.

Opened in 1986, the Ambulatory Surgery Center was one of the first ophthalmic surgery centers to open in the State of Indiana. It is a Medicare Certified facility, licensed by the Indiana State Department of Health and recognized by the AAAHC (Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, Inc.) for its commitment to excellence and high-quality care.

Because we perform surgery in our outpatient surgery center, the facility expense is much less than if the same procedure was done in a traditional hospital outpatient department.

The Ambulatory Surgery Center is located at our Greenwood Clinic at 30 N. Emerson Avenue, easily accessible from I-65 and U.S. 31. For your convenience, it includes a comfortable waiting area with a garden center.
